La Maison André Boyer de Sault is one of the oldest companies in Vaucluse, founded in 1887 by Ernest Boyer, Master Nougatier in Sault in Provence.
If four generations have passed on a love of the profession, today, it is Philippe POLGE who perpetuates this 130-year-old tradition, with as much passion and respect for its values.
Since 2017, La Maison (the House of) André Boyer has been certified as a Living Heritage Company.
