In the heart of the Baux-de-Provence valley, inside Les Alpilles Regional National Park, in the lovely Provencal village of Maussane – this is where the Jean-Marie CORNILLE olive oil mill has been making olive oil since the 17th century.

Our tour offer
– Presentation of the olive oil sector in the Baux Valley, history of the mill (founded in 1620), tour of the premises and explanation of the production techniques, screening of a 5-minute film on making olive oil, tastings of olive oils, discussion of any questions in the shop adjoining the mill.

– Video in French and in English
– Possibility of a combi-tour with the Jean Martin firm (Provencal vegetable specialties, preserved olives), for groups over 30 persons
