In the heart of Provence, near the Ste Victoire Mountain, The Liquoristerie de Provence has been awarded as a « destination entreprise » and welcomes you in a refined atmosphere for a visit of a verifiable alchemist of flavors and aromas.  We perpetuate the traditional activity of liquoriste/distiller.  Come and discover our alambics and maceration tanks that transform the plants of Provence into subtle elixirs.

The discovery of Versinthe absinthe, brought back to modern life by Pascal Rolland in 1999, after an 85-year ban is a highlight of the visit.  Our alambics distill the essences of plants used in the creation of rare and precious perfumes such as Absolument Absinthe.

OUR SPECIALTIES

1/ Versinthe absinthe: mythical, delicious and refined, Versinthe is an exceptional spirit that has been given numerous awards in professional competitions the world over.  Tasting ritual, history of this legendary liqueur.

2/ Anis, pastis, aperitifs and Provencal liqueurs.  A taste of all the flavours of Provence

3/ “apéros Tapas”: a line of very regional tapenades made of regional vegetables and olives.  8 exceptional recipes with notably PASTAGAIL (mousse of garlic & pastis) and FIGOUN(black olives, figs and rum)

4/ Perfumes: with the famous Absolument Absinthe and also perfumes sold in bulk at producer prices and the possibility to create your own perfumes.
