The Maison LÉONARD PARLI is a reference in high-quality confectionery, not only for the Calisson d’Aix, its speciality, but also for its Candied Fruit and Biscotins.
Our ancestral know-how, which has remained intact since the creation of the Léonard PARLI confectionery in 1874, is based on the mastery of traditional techniques.
Guided tours of the production are offered. The Maison LÉONARD PARLI is certified as a Living Heritage Company (EPV).
The EPV is a mark of recognition of the State set up to distinguish French companies with crafts and industrial know-how of excellence.

To visit the New Great Fabric Léonard Parli is to meet the women and men who perpetuate the traditional PARLI know-how. You will be able to observe and understand through their precise gestures, and the traditional machines, the pride they share in participating in the maintenance of this gastronomic heritage.

Guided tours of the Fabrique (from 6 people) are by reservation from Monday to Thursday.
