Since 1921, the artisanal factories FLORIAN based on the port of Nice and in the Loup Canyon transform local citrus fruits and Grasse flowers (Rose, Violet and Jasmine) in original delicacies.

From Monday to Sunday, free guided tour of the workshops, followed by free tasting of specialties, allows you to discover the secrets of making and the savor of candied fruits, crystallized flowers, citrus jams, flower jams candies and home-made chocolates.
